Where are you located?

Our office is located across the street from Decatur High School, and beside Agnes Scott College. We are accessible through public transit; the Decatur Marta Station is just three blocks from our building.

Where should I park?

Parking is available along the front of our building, on N. McDonough St. This is City of Decatur pay parking ($3.35/hr); payment can be made at a meter or by using the Park Mobile App (recommended). Also, parking is free up to 2 hours along E. Howard Ave, Church St., or E. Maple St. Please contact me for more information about parking or to clarify directions.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Oxford, Oscar Health, and United Healthcare.

What are your hours?

My office hours are 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday.

When can I expect to hear back from you?

I respond to all calls and messages within 24 hours.
